2 - Fail Report This report contains a list of all of the appliances that have failed the test which includes Asset I.D, Location, Description and reason for the failure. View Full Size Appliance Register in Adobe Acrobat Format

3 - Detailed Pass Report This report shows detailed appliances that have pass the test. Results include Location of Asset, Asset I.D, Description, Engineers Name,Test Equipment I.D plus the test results which include Visual Check, Earth continuity, Insulation test and Polarity test View Full Size Appliance Register in Adobe Acrobat Format

4 - Display Certificate We will also provide a certificate to put on your wall which shows that all of the electrical appliances on your premises are checked for electrical safety. View Full Size Appliance Register in Adobe Acrobat Format

On completion of testing you will be provided with a display certificate to hang on the wall plus a report folder containing Asset Register, Full detailed pass report and a Detailed Fail report.

All reports and certificate will can be Emailed, printed or send on a CD as requested by the client.
